Does everything feel harder than it should?

Hi and welcome
I'm so glad you're here
You, and your unique brain wiring

Feeling tangled?

  • Procrastinating even when things matter?

  • Feeling overwhelmed by everything on your plate?

  • Struggling with confidence or self-belief?

  • Finding it difficult to stay focused or organised?

  • Unsure what comes next?

  • Navigating ADHD related challenges?

We all experience life differently

Every one of us is unique. We think differently, learn differently, and thrive under different conditions. And yet many of us don't notice how our strengths, challenges and experiences shape our days. From projects at work, to small tasks at home, relationships, and everything in between.Sometimes things flow, sometimes they don't and sometimes we find ourselves tangled in patterns that:• drain our energy
• hold us back
• create friction
• leave us feeling stuck

Maybe you just need space

to untangle what's going on.

When life feels complicated,
it can help to pause,
reflect and look at things
from a different perspective.
Stepping back can make it easier
to understand what's really going on
beneath the overwhelm.

How coaching can help?

Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come from having the space to think, notice patterns, and see things from a different perspective. When life feels tangled, it can be difficult to see the threads clearly. You lead the conversation and I'll bring curiosity, questions and support. Our conversations may help you:

  • gain clarity about what's important to you

  • understand what's getting in the way

  • build confidence in yourself and your decisions

  • move from procrastination into action

  • improve follow-through on the things that matter

  • navigate change with greater confidence

How Coaching Works

How Coaching Works at Finding Your ThreadCoaching is a collaborative process. It’s a space to slow things down, explore what matters to you, and work towards meaningful change in a way that feels practical and supportive. As a coach, I provide structure, and support. You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical or mental health treatment, and it does not replace support from other qualified professionals where needed. How coaching worksCoaching sessions take place online and are scheduled in advance. Individual sessions are currently available. Coaching options may evolve over time as services develop.Coaching is most effective when approached as a partnership. We’ll work together to explore patterns, strengths, and challenges, and to develop approaches that fit you.Confidentiality and boundariesWhat you share in coaching is treated with care and confidentiality. There are limited circumstances where confidentiality may need to be broken, such as concerns about safety or where disclosure is required by law. These boundaries are outlined clearly in the full coaching agreement.Agreements and next stepsIf you decide to proceed with coaching, you will receive a separate Coaching Agreement before your first session. This document covers practical arrangements, expectations, confidentiality, consent, cancellations, and other important information relating to the coaching relationship. There’s no expectation to understand or decide everything upfront — the agreement is there to create clarity and shared understanding before coaching begins. If you have any questions or would like to discuss whether coaching is right for you, I'd be happy to hear from you via the contact form on this website or by email.
